Return and Refund Policy
Cancellations:
You can cancel your order free of charge within 6 hours of placing it and receive a full refund. After this time, your order will be processed, and cancellations will no longer be possible. If you need to cancel within this window, please contact us immediately at info@pocketconsole.com
Refunds:
We offer a 30-day hassle-free money-back guarantee.
If your product is defective, damaged during shipping, or if we send the wrong item, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund. Simply contact us, provide photos of the issue, and we'll take care of the rest. Refunds will be processed through our Support Team, who can be reached at info@pocketconsole.com
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges or discounts. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that we cannot process refunds to a different credit/debit card for security reasons.
Please Note: Refunds, exchanges, or replacements cannot be processed after 30 days from the date of receipt. Be sure to contact us as soon as possible if you encounter an issue.

Return/Refund Shipping Costs:
Refunds will be issued for the full purchase amount, but please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. To process your claim, we will need photos or videos showing the damage. Depending on the severity, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund. This decision will be made at the discretion of our Management Team.
Please note that slight variations in colour or shade may occur due to differences in device screens (e.g., mobile vs. desktop), but we make every effort to accurately display our products online.
Address Errors:
Please double-check the shipping address before finalizing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, have moved, or need to change your order after shipment, we may not be able to accommodate your request or offer a refund. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error, and we will do our best to assist.
Marked as Delivered:
If the tracking information shows that your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, you will need to contact your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Canada Post) to file a claim for a lost or stolen package. Once you have a formal affidavit or claim from the postal service, we will consider sending a replacement at our discretion. However, we cannot issue a refund in this case.

Delayed Orders:
While we aim to deliver orders within the timeframe outlined on our shipping page, delays can sometimes occur. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or refund orders that are still in transit and are trackable. If your order is delayed for an extended period, we will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Late or Missing Refunds via Credit Card:
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be processed. If necessary, also contact your bank. Refund processing times can vary.

- Proper Shutdown Procedure
To maintain optimal performance, always follow the correct shutdown process. Press the START button to access Settings, then select QUIT. From the Options menu, choose SHUTDOWN SYSTEM to power off the device completely. Avoid using the RESTART SYSTEM option. - Exiting a Game
When you're finished playing, press SELECT and START simultaneously (SELECT+START) to exit the game safely and efficiently. - Caution with the "R" Button
Handle the R button on the left side with care. This button functions as a reset button, and frequent use may result in lost game progress. Overuse can also lead to system file corruption, data loss, and potential startup failures.
